Better Waverly is a neighborhood in the North District of Baltimore, located between the neighborhoods of Charles Village (west) and Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello (east). Median household income for the neighborhood was estimated at $33,693 in 2011, somewhat below the city-wide median of $38,721.
